You may return new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Shipping fees are not refunded. In the case of orders that are offered free shipping and being returned, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund when the return is complete. There is no restocking fee of any kind for items returned in their original condition (in sealed packaging where applicable, with all tags and labels attached where applicable, in original retail packaging where applicable) unless the item is being returned past the 30 day return shipping period! Returns made after the 30 day return shipping period, or in anything other than new condition may be subject to a restocking fee of 20-50%, as per Amazon’s return policy. Products eligible for return must be new, unused, complete, free of any damage, and contain all the original product packaging. Unless there is an error with the item, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost.
