Please contact us with any questions! AlwaysFits.com adheres to the Amazon standard return policies. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. Return policies vary per product. For example, personal care items such as shampoo, skin care, nail polish remover, grocery and household items cannot be returned. Returns should be packaged properly and sent at the customers expense. PLEASE review your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If your order is returned to us for any reason (unclaimed when a package slip note is left, refused by the recipient, an incorrect address, etc.), you will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Once the product(s) is received, you will be refunded, less the 10% restocking fee and original shipping charges. If we are charged an additional fee by UPS or any other provider, that fee will also be subtracted from your refund (i.e. An undeliverable returns surcharge may be applied in addition to other applicable charges by UPS)
