Terms & Conditions: All returns require a return merchandise authorization (RMA) Deliveries by any carrier that are refused or non-deliverable due to no fault of our own are automatically redirected back to the warehouse and we are charged a $30 Refusal/Restock fee by the distributor. Your product refund will then be processed less this $30 Fee. All non defective items may be returned within 30 days after delivery date. These returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. All returns sent back are the sole responsibility of the Customer, we do not provide return labels. Opened items must be in re-sellable condition and have all original packaging, accessories, manuals and warranty cards included. A larger restocking fee (25-50%) will be applied if the item is returned damaged or without all original packaging. AMV Direct does not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise.
