If your item has not been shipped than we can simply cancel the order and process your full refund. Return of items that have already been shipped will be accepted but refunds are conditional based on the reason for your return. If your order was defective or incorrect than of course we will refund the full amount upon receipt of the purchase. If you changed your mind, had “buyer’s remorse”, or found an item cheaper elsewhere, than you are eligible for a partial refund only. In accordance with Amazon Return/Refund Policies, the Buyer will be responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee will be assessed upon receipt of the order. This 20% is not conditional – if the item is shipped, and the Seller has incurred expenses for listing and shipping a product, than a restocking fee will be assessed. This is a standard rate and we are 5-10% lower than other more popular Sellers on Amazon.
