I am confident we can resolve the issue – there is no need to leave negative feedback. I may not be perfect, but I am honest and reasonable. If you need to return an item that you ordered in error (wrong item, not compatible with your operating system, or no longer needed, etc.), you must contact me within 30 days of receipt. Unless there was an error on my part, you will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and must incur all shipping costs. All items must be returned in the same exact condition in which they were shipped to you. If you used/altered or opened a sealed item, you will be subject to a 50% restocking fee and must incur all shipping costs. Returned items must be postmarked within 7 days after the Authorization to Return has been approved. I cannot be responsible for items that are sent to a correctional facility, jail, prison, etc., or items that have an incorrect address. Toys cannot be returned if packaging has been opened.
