Most Massage chairs, Perfect Chairs, Office Chairs, Zero Gravity Recliners and other chairs include Standard Curbside LTL Freight Ground Shipping and are too large for Express shipping. A valid Phone number is required for scheduling the delivery of all large oversize items so please make sure you have a valid contact phone number on your order so your delivery is not unnecessarily delayed. We do our best to ship and deliver most orders within the estimated delivery window. Please note that most large items such as Massage Chairs, Recliners or Sofas have to ship LTL Freight Ground due to their size and may require extra time for delivery.
