Returns and Refunds If you have a problem, please contact us via email or phone. If you aren’t happy, we’ll do what we can to make it right with you. Phone: (469) 319-0398 Returns Policy – You may return most items sold by Basketball Academy Books & DVDs L.L.C, within 30 days of your receipt of the order for a refund. We do not refund expenses related to shipping the order. We do not cover the shipping costs associated with returns. Partial refunds/Restocking Fees 1. Any book or equipment that has obvious signs of use: 50% of item’s price. 2. Any CD, DVD or VHS tape that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap): 50% of item’s price. 3. Any item that is not in its original condition, opened, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item’s price Receiving a Refund – Expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you’ll receive the refund sooner). Exchanges – If you need to exchange a product please contact us via phone or email. Incorrect shipments – If you receive a product which is not what you ordered, please contact us. We will send the correct items with a return label for the product you received. Defective Products – If you receive a defective product, please contact us. You may need to return the item. If this is the case, you’ll need to pay the return shipping. If we deem the product defective, we’ll refund your payment including shipping. We’ll also credit your account for return postage, not to exceed the amount we paid for shipping when you placed the order. If we deem the problem to be other than a defect, we’ll refund your order amount, less shipping. Order cancellations – We will make every effort to cancel your order where possible. We do process orders the same day that you order, so please contact us right away.
