All items must be returned within 30 days of original invoice date. We do not accept returns after 30 days. All returns must have a tracking number. If you are returning apparel: (this includes all clothing, outerwear, socks etc) · The item must be in original condition. It cannot be worn. It is unacceptable to wear merchandise and then to present it for a refund. · All original tags must be attached. We cannot and will not accept merchandise back for return that has been worn. · Package your apparel, outerwear or accessory item in a box or poly pac, preferably something that will protect the item from the elements. · Items that are returned with heavy odor such as perfume or tobacco smoke will not be eligible for a return and will be refused back to the customer. · Items that are returned unclean or with animal hair will be refused. If the item can be cleaned we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee that will be deducted from your refund amount. · A pink zip tie is attached to all jackets and bags (including backpacks & luggage) items as proof of purchase. Please do not remove this zip tie if you wish to return the item. Must be attached for the item to be eligible for a return. If you are returning an accessory item: · All original tags must be attached. We cannot and will not accept merchandise back for return that has been worn. · The item must be in original condition. If the item can be cleaned we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee that will be deducted from your refund amount. · We will not take back worn merchandise. If you are returning electronic accessories: · All branded packaging must be in original condition in order for return. · Electronic merchandise and accessories such as headphones, iPad cases, DVDs, speakers, keyboards, etc. must be returned with all original parts and will not be acceptable for return or exchange if packaging is opened and not intact. If you are returning swim apparel: (this includes all swimsuits, board shorts, swim coverups, rash guards etc) · All swimwear must be tried on with undergarments, this is for the protection of all our customers. We ask that you respect this policy and do not attempt to return swim wear that has not followed the policies noted below in addition the previously mentioned statement. · The item must be in original condition. It cannot be worn. It is unacceptable to wear merchandise and then to present it for a refund. · All original tags must be attached. We cannot and will not accept merchandise back for return that does not have the original manufacturer tags attached, in the manner they were attached when the item was received. · All women’s swim suits must be have the original factory panty liner attached to the swim bottoms. · Any additional straps, foam inserts, padding etc that came with the women’s swim top must accompany the item for return. · Any swim liners or accessories that came with the men’s board shorts must accompany the returned item for it to be eligible for return. · Package your swim wear, item in a box or poly pac, preferably something that will protect the item from the elements. · Items that are returned with heavy odor such as perfume or tobacco smoke will not be eligible for a return and will be refused back to the customer. · Items that are returned unclean or with animal hair will be refused.
