Return Policy ● Return authorizations are accepted within 30-days of order. Authorized returns must be shipped/postmarked within 30-days of the delivery date. ● All product returns must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). ● A restocking fee of 15% of product price will be applied to any new/sealed items that are returned opened and/or used. ● Returned products must be in brand new, mint condition, and have all original manufacturer’s packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards. ● Merchandise missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC) cannot be returned. ● Serial numbers are logged for every item we ship. Serial numbers on the item that is returned must match the manufacturer packaging, warranty card, and our records of the item shipped to you. ● Items that qualified for free shipping that are being returned will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund. ● Please allow up to two business days after we receive the package for your return to be processed. We reserve the right to test “defective” returns and impose a customer fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee up to 50 percent based on the condition of the product. Refusing Shipments ● In the event that you refuse your package you will incur the full shipping costs. Price Matching ● We do not price match with other merchants, however you are welcome to return your order for refund within our return policy window.
