Our No. 1 priority is to ensure customer satisfaction. We do our best to accurately describe each item and mail orders out in good time and in the quickest way, depending on the shipping reimbursement we receive. We offer both standard and expedited shipping options for most of our inventory. Most board games are sent by USPS Priority Mail, which should arrive within three business days of being sent. Most movies are sent First Class, which should arrive three to seven days after mailing. Most books and some videos are too heavy to send by First Class and go Media Mail, which sometimes takes up to 14 days to arrive. If you are ordering a book or an item that is heavy, you may want to pay the little extra for expedited shipping. While we lose money on most expedited orders, we want all customers to receive their purchases in good time. With your shipment, there will be information on how to contact us.
