If there is any problem with your order or shipment, email us and we promise our customer rep, Janice, will reply within 24 hours with the best solution. We sell hundreds of items on multiple venues per week, so from time to time there may be some mistakes or delays with your order. Our promise to you is we will fix all and any mistake always with the customer in mind. A few of our items come to us from our suppliers in oem bulk packaging or the retail box may be damaged in some way or have shipping stickers. In these cases, our warehouse person will sometimes repackage the item. If we missed something, please let our customer service representative know about the issue and we will fix it promptly.
