We are an independent used bookseller. We ship from the beautiful state of Montana. We strive to provide the buyer with the most detailed description we can so you know what you are getting. We also strive to get items out on time and to the correct address. If problems arise for whatever reason we strive to correct things. Email us with any questions. In the hopefully rare case that an order is needed to be returned and the buyer bought the wrong book or something changed on their end we do follow the standard used book industry and marketplace policy of a 20% restocking fee.
