I am an independent seller (have my own inventory) and typically ship same or next day on all orders. We ship from our store located in the Ohio Valley area. We strive to please any and all my customers as much as we can to our ability. Please be aware that any item over $30.00 will be sent with signature confirmation. I also buy from amazon as a buyer, if i’am not happy with my purchase before I leave negative I would contact the seller. I try to work as much as possible with my customers and try to get back ASAP with them on any issues and figure out the best possible resolution to any issues they might have. Since most returns are approved/resolved within that day; it is expected that when an item is approved for a return you do so within 7 days after approval. Notwithstanding third party buyers /vendors, or buyers who buy from this store and ship to another party are subject to Amazon.com and my policies explained on this page. Shipping and handling charges for returning items shipped by a seller are borne by the buyer. If the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued at over $75 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. For items below $75, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn’t arrive and you don’t use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under the A-to-Z Guarantee.
