Bookmanbob / Amazon Return & Refund Policy. Customer must notify us that they are returning an item. Returns must be received by Bookmanbob within 30 days after delivery to customer in order to get a refund. Item must be returned in substantially the same condition as when it was sent. CD’s, DVD’s, or access codes that have been opened & returned will not receive a refund unless they are found to be defective. Customer will receive a refund of the total paid for an item minus shipping fees & in most cases (see guidelines posted by Amazon) a 20% restocking fee. In situations where Bookmanbob has made a mistake or the item is defective, the customer will receive a “full refund”, including a return postage allowance of $3.99. Some items are insured. If your item is damaged during shipment, we may need photos & a statement from you to file a claim to get re-imbursement.
