Bright Spot is committed to providing each customer with the highest standard of customer service. You may return any new computer purchased from Bright Spot that is still in unopened boxes, for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.
Bright Spot impose a customer fee equal to 20 percent of the product sales price for open box return. In case of "dead on arrival", buyer must first contact the manufacture to get a CASE No. and we will ship a brand new replacement within 3 business days after we receive the return. Any returned computer that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsaleable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. Bright Spot will not accept returns of any desktop or notebook computer more than 14 days after you receive the shipment.
