Returned products must include all original components provided by the manufacturer. Any return that is not complete will be returned back to the customer and no refund will be issued. Products are returned due to "no longer wanted/needed" will be charged 20%-30% restocking fee, depending on the conditions of the returned product. Defective products may be returned for repair or replacement only. Buyers should always contact the Manufacturer regarding the defective products before returning to us. A manufacturer's defective confirmation ID # is required to process your RMA request. After an RMA request is assigned, the products should be shipped backed and received by us within 15 days.
We strongly recommend you buy signature confirmation service in order to avoid unexpected loss. Software and Game that is opened and used cannot be returned under any circumstances. If a package received and the condition of the box or the actual merchandise does not match the specified return condition, no credit will be issued and the item will be returned to the customer.
