Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt and must be authorized by the seller prior to returning prodcut to the seller. The loading or upgrading of the OS that is not installed by OUR certified technicians will VOID all warranty! No exceptions. Unfortunately we cannot extend returns during the holidays. Products shipped by the seller between November 1, 2016 and December 31, 2016 are subject to 30 day return of receipt.
