We ship some items directly from manufacturers therefore shipping and handling may take up to 30 days on those items. All damage or defects must be reported within 7 days .We will not provide prepaid label if damage or defect reported after 7 days of received package. You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. 20% restocking fee will apply to all returns and you are responsible to pay for shipping back. Your originally paid shipping charges will not be refunded. If you return, please keep the tracking number as a proof of return. If the item you ordered was damaged during the shipping, refuse the shipment or you will be responsible for shipping the damaged item back. If the item was damaged by carrier, but you could not refuse the delivery, we will file a claim for you. Please keep the item and the box for 30 days for USPS to inspect. Refund will be issued within 45 days. If the packaging was not damaged but the item is defective or is missing a part, please contact us and we will contact the manufacturer for you. We will reship defective or missing parts if this is in stock item. There are NO REFUNDS on items returned after 35 days or on used items.
