If you see an item that you are interested in but have questions, please feel free to ask before making a purchase decision. We generally respond to all email inquiries within a few hours. We do not want our buyers to have regrets. If any of our offers do not sound clear, please ask for additional details first, we are happy to help, and prefer to answer any questions first or provide additional photos! Regarding returns, unless an obvious error is made by seller, we do not pay for return shipping costs and are unable to upload a return label that is prepaid. If it is due to our error, we will reimburse for return shipping. We do not guarantee pristine packages. Due to the nature of the shipping business, and that a lot of our stock is harder to find collectible items, outer packages can arrive with minor flaws. Older collectible items can appear discolored or have small price sticker damages. If it is listed as new that means it has never been opened and package is in very good condition but not necessarily pristine. If package arrives with major crushing or damage, an insurance claim needs to be filed. If item is damaged in transit, you must hold onto to the item until the insurance claim is paid. Provided you do so, you will be reimbursed fully. The carrier may ask to pick up the item for salvage value, and or proof of damage. A photo of damage can be helpful to us as well. Please understand we have to protect ourselves against those who file false claims. Regarding shipping: Most items leave out the following day and go out priority or first class mail. These are generally received within a few days. We always use tracking confirmation at no cost to the buyer. More expensive items will be sent insured and will require signature upon delivery.
