Our goal is that you should be satisfied with your purchase. If your not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return within 7 Business days from date of receiving your item. All items must be sent back in the original form it was shipped. ( sealed/ new/ etc).

The customer will pay for all shipping fees related to the return, we will refund your payment less the actual shipping cost . Any items returned opened or not the same condition as shipped , we will apply a 15% restocking fee . any missing accessories will be deducted accordingly. All returns must have a RMA number , so please email prior to return, please note we will not accept without a RMA number.

For large appliances: In case of any damages in transit please contact us immediately regarding any matter and keep the box and all packaging material the way it was shipped, all damages must be reported within 14 days of receiving the item , otherwise the customer will be responsible for the damages. Please inspect upon accepting. Any packages returned to us due to incorrect address / change of address / refused etc.. will be refunded less actual shipping charges . Please note : We can not ship to a different address other than provided on Amazons profile .
