You may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Shipping fee is not refundable. Refund will be issued after we receive the returned package, please shipping service which has tracking number for return. We are not responsible for returns that are lost during transit. If the item is defective or damaged upon receipt, you must report the defect/damage to us within 14 days of delivery . In addition, we will test defect/damage product and will charge restocking fee if the product is not defect.
