We will not accept for return any remote control hobby items, quads, drones, helis, planes, cars, trucks, boats used, flown and crashed for any reason since they are considered used and unsaleable. For your information when contacting the manufacturer, there are 2 types of faults that can happen with all hobby items: 1. Factory defect or 2. Damage due to crashes If the item crashed and the damage came from it bumping into walls, misuse or abuse, etc, that is something that is out of the manufacturer’s control, so the warranty will not apply. You may return New and Unused merchandise (with original contents and packaging) within the first 15 days, for store credit or a refund to the original payment method; refunds to the original payment method will be charged a restocking fee of 10% to 25% of the value of the purchase price. Shipping charges are non refundable. Buyers Any alteration, painting or assembly, damage from misused of any item will consider it to be used and not subject to be returned. We sell only new items unless expressly stated as a demo or open box in the description. To get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization), please call CT Motorsports at 305-936-1888. That number will need to be written on the shipping box. No returns will be accepted without an RMA. Buyers are responsible for the shipping items back for your protection, we recommend you insure and track the return package. Please make sure all the original packing materials, instruction manuals and accessories are included. Final approval of any refund amount is based on final inspection from our company.
