For software product, we also clearly state product packaging, that is, whether in box, jewel case, flatpack or white sleeve. Product received may not show operating system, which we list in Sellers Comment, if product was released prior, as we post updated operating system compatibility when and as provided by publisher. For example, in Sellers Comment notation, we may list “Windows XP, Vista, Win 7” though product only actually shows “Windows XP, Vista” on case, as publisher website confirms product as Win 7 tested compatible. For majority of software titles, free technical support is available. 32-Bit vs 64-Bit Windows Operating Systems Some Windows XP, Vista, Win 7 software titles only work on 64-Bit PC computers.
