Return Policy: For a FULL refund: The item must be unopened, unused and returned within 30-Days of Shipment. If a product is returned as defective but is found to be in full working condition upon return a restocking fee will apply. Opened items will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, extensively used items or items without a box will be subject to up to a 50% restocking fee. All items MUST be returned with all original packaging, manuals and accessories, or the return may be refused. All returns will be accepted on a case-by-case basis.
