When reading the return policy please be advised that we are aware there are exceptions to every rule. So please contact us with any issues. Return Policy: Toys and Games. A request to return an item must be received within 14 days of the receipt of your order and if it is accepted the return must be return within in 14 days. If the item is not returned within that time period Danielle’s Place has the right to refuse the return and/or charge a 20% restocking fee. The reason for this is that quite often someone will request to return an item, but it will not be received until 5-6 weeks later. All items must be unopened and in the original factory sealed packaging. No returns will be accepted if the item was opened. Refusal of a package delivery by a buyer is subject to a 20 Percent restocking fee. This is not the proper way to send a package back. You will be responsible for all shipping costs to/return + restocking fees. The buyer refusal of a package is confirmed by the documented tracking of the shipping carrier. Manufacturer Defects: In cases where there is a manufacturer defect we ask that you contact the manufacturer. Return Policy: Video Games and Electronics.
