Return/Refund Policy: – Buyer must contact the Seller within 14 days of receiving the item in order to be eligible for a refund. – All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of receiving the item. – Items sold as new & factory-sealed but have been opened by the buyer are not returnable and not refundable. – Software items sold as used or opened are NOT refundable. Software items that are sold as new & factory-sealed but have been opened by the buyer are not returnable and not refundable. – Buyer pays for the shipping cost of returning an item. – Shipping Fees are not refundable. – A 20% restocking fee is charged on all returned items.
