RETURN POLICY: Returns postmarked within 30 days of purchase will be accepted with 20% restocking fee, no returns allowed after 30 days. All returns must be approved by Customer Relations who will then issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. For items that were shipped free of charge to customers, shipping cost will be deducted from the refund on top of the restocking fee. If the item is defective and is under warranty, please contact us and we will assist you in pursuing a warranty claim with the manufacturer.
