All Electronics and Entertainment items must be returned within 14 days. The return must be complete and include all accessories (transformers, antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, power cable, etc.) Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.) The RMA number must not be written on the original manufacturer’s packaging or box. All returns must be packed in an outer shipping box with valid RMA number. If you are returning an unopened item 20% restocking may apply.
