Return Policy: You may return any new item purchased from us that is "dead on arrival," arrives in damaged condition, or is still in unopened boxes (return shipping fee on customer for unopened boxes), for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Items not matching our records of serial number, part number, IMEI number if applied for the particular order will not be accepted and refunded. The return cost of none-defective items will be on customer's side.We reserve the right to test on returns and impose a restocking fee equal to 15 percent of the product sales price. Any return that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. We will not accept returns more than 30 days after you receive the shipment.
