What is our return policy? If you do not want an item for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of your purchase date. If you have not already, please request a return request so that you can get the return address information. If there was a mistake on our part please contact us for specific return details. General Return policy: You may return and item directly back to our shipping facility or our customer returns department which is in your return request. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs, so we suggest choosing media mail with delivery confirmation as this usually costs around $4-$6. Your account will automatically be credited once the item is received. This process usually takes about 2 weeks from the time you return the item. Feel free to contact us if you have not received an official email from amazon declaring your refund. The payment source you used to pay for the item will be credited. Please allow 3-4 business days for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. Our policy is to refund your full purchase price, less all shipping charges (original shipping and return shipping) and a 10% restocking fee. After 30 days, the restocking fees are 20%, and we do not accept refunds after 60 days. Please note that we will cover these costs if we clearly made a mistake with your order (wrong edition, missing supplements, etc.) NEW ITEM RETURNS (purchased new, in plastic seal) ANY NEW item that has been opened (broken seal, plastic wrapper removed) will NOT be eligible for a refund.
