It need to partition, format and install OS using Full Version OS disk (Make sure no clone, no image, no upgrade and no recovery disk install, only use full OS disk to install) before it can boot up or recognize.

Computer technician is needed if not familiars with all installations. If you have Dell laptop and desktop, please email us your service tag number (7 digits and or character), we can answer almost all your technical needs regarding hardware. For IBM users, please provide model type number with serial number, we can also answer almost all your technical needs regarding hardware. Any other Brands, please feel free to contact us with model number and CPU type/speed, we will try our best of our knowledge to help or solve any problem in hardware.

We do have large quantity in stock. If you need large quantity more than what are available in the listing, please message us so we can let you know if we have more than what we listed or turnaround time to get quantities requirement.
