We are usually pretty quick to reply. To initiate a return, visit Amazon’s Online Return Center to request a return authorization from the seller. All returns must be received in our office within 30 days of original delivery. Holiday returns are extended through January 15, 2017. Items that have been opened from their factory sealed packaging are not eligible for a return. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns. Shipping charges and costs are non-refundable. If your order has not arrived and the tracking shows that it has been delivered, please contact your local post office with inquiries.
