Buyer can return items within 14 days of the delivery date. Returns are not acceptable more than 14 days after delivery. Items must be returned in their original factory packaging with UPC & SN , All accessories in the original shipment must be included (i.e. manuals, warranties, security seals, etc.). Shipping is Non-refundable. Note: If a return is made of an item that shipped with free shipping, the normal shipping charges for the shipping method used will be deducted from any credit. The customer is responsible for determining if the product(s) ordered suits their needs. All returns must be pre-approved and be issued a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Unauthorized returns will be considered abandoned and will not be credited. The customer will be responsible for shipping charges to return the package to them. If returned materials are not received within 15 days of the issuance of the RMA, the RMA is to be considered canceled and will not be reissued. PRODUCT SPECIFIC RETURN POLICY 1) Electronics (i.e. computer, printer, Camera, etc.) returns: The item must be in new condition with original packaging with intact UPC & SN and accessories. Return of item which is not the result of our fault is subject to a return shipping fee. There is also a restocking fee of 30% on all electronics returns if it is opened. The restocking fee and return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. 2) Office Product Returns: The item must be in new condition with original packaging with intact UPC & SN and accessories . Returns of item which is not the result of our fault is subject to a return shipping fee which will be deducted from the refund and 30% restock fee will be charged once the factory seal is broken. 3) Music, Movie, Video Game, and Software returns: The item can only be returned if the packaging is unopened and factory sealed. No return and refund will be issued if it has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap). MOONSTAR is not responsible for system/software incompatibility. Customers are encouraged to contact the respective software publisher for answers to technical questions. 4) Health & Personal Care and Beauty Returns: These items must be unopened in original packaging. No return is acceptable once the factory seal is broken. Some Health & Personal Care products are not returnable, including: 1.Cholesterol monitors; 2.Diabetic/glucose monitors; 3.Fragrances; 4.Sex & Sensuality items; 5. Thermometry.
