We only ship to a physical address within lower 48 states. New item (Unopened and sealed) can be returned within 30 days.(excluding any shipping and handling charges). Items that have been opened (no damage, no missing part) can be returned within 30 days, but will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Defective or damaged items must be reported to us within 14 days of delivery and make return arrangements. We will process the refund with 2-3 business days upon receiving and verifying the product(product serial number will be recorded prior to shipping and checked when a product is returned for refund).
