Customer returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for exchange or refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 14 days, subject to a Return Authorization. If the item is dead upon arrival, you MUST contact us within 3 days after delivery. Keep your purchase, accessories and all packing materials in new condition to avoid any restocking fees. Please note that all opened/used item will be subjected to 20% – 30% restocking fee. Please note that an RA # does not guarantee final disposition and all returns are subject to inspection. Serial numbers on product for exchange/return must match the serial number we shipped you. All exchanged/ returned merchandise must be in original factory carton, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled-out) and all accessories. Please do not tape or write anything on the item or the original manufacturer’s carton. In some cases, we may charge you for the replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on or taped-on contents or cartons. We reserve the right to refuse any such items. Simple troubleshoot may be required before we authorize the return request. Customers are responsible to ship the item back to us. We will not be responsible for any issue if the transaction is a drop-ship order. If you have any questions, please ask first before taking any action and we answer all inquires.
