**ORDERS CAN ONLY BE CANCELLED WITHIN THE FIRST HOUR OF PLACEMENT**

  • Returns are generally accepted within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • In General, we will provide a shipping label to you for you to send the item back.
  • Returns must be dropped off at the carriers location or drop box in your area to avoid a $12 pick up fee.
  • If the item is returned because of the price or the buyer simply does not want the item or the item is returned back in a used state. ( I.e NOT NEW) the cost of the return will be the sole responsibility of the buyer as per amazon policy.
  • All Returns are subject to a 20% Restocking fee at the sole discretion of the seller.
  • If a return request has been opened a return tracking number from the buyer (if Buyer is responsible for returning the item) MUST be received within 7 days and the item must be picked up from the carrier within that time frame or the refund request will be closed and considered a cancellation of the return request and no money will be refunded.
  • If a return label is provided the shipment must be sent out within 7 days or the return request will be considered cancelled and no refund will be given.
  • If delivery is attempted and you refuse delivery or the delivery is unable to be made because the driver is unable to obtain a signature (if required) then this is considered a refusal of delivery and a 20% restocking fee will be charged along with return shipping costs.
  • If a return or exchange is requested the new item will not be sent out until the original purchase has been received back in new/never used condition. The refund will also not be given until the item has been received in new/never used condition. We sell authentic products purchased from reputable sources. We strive not to infringe the intellectual property rights of those who create the products listed in our catalog.
