RETURN REFUND POLICY: All returns must be made within 14 days of original date of purchase. Returns will not be accepted after 14 days. The return must be complete and include all accessories. The RMA number must not be written on the original manufacturer’s packaging or box. All returns must be packed in an outer shipping box with valid RMA number. If you are returning an unopened item 20% restocking may apply. FACTORY SEALED ITEM IF RETURN OPEN BOX: up to 50% restocking may apply. INCOMPLETE RETURN: Incomplete returns subject to restocking fee up to 50%. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON REFUNDABLE: We offer free domestic ground shipping only. Customer responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Under any circumstance shipping costs cannot be refunded. INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS: The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. SOFTWARE RETURNS: All software, licensing sales are final and not returnable. REFUSED ORDERS: 20% restocking fee will be applied. Authorized returns must be shipped back within 4-6 days after return request authorized, it will not be accepted exceed 4-6 days period.
