Return Policy for Enterprise Tech Solutions (ETS):

• Original and/or return shipping is non-refundable. In instances where the actual shipping costs incurred are higher than the shipping charges paid by the buyer, the buyer will be responsible for the difference in shipping charges which will be deducted from the product refund (no exceptions). Actual shipping costs for items with free shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Items returned without a RMA (prior authorization) and/or if the item has been opened will be assessed a 20% restocking fee.
• Items returned after the 30 days from the order shipment date will not be accepted – no refund(s) will be issued, no exception.
• Items returned used, incomplete or in damaged condition (including torn product box) will not be accepted and no refund(s) will be issued nor will the item be returned back to the buyer (no exception).
• Returns on seasonal items will be assessed a 50% restocking fee. This includes all props, fog machines, and lighting. For all seasonal exchange, all shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
• All Costumes/Dress Up/Pretend Clothes, Accessories including any/all other related items, and all Health, Cosmetic, Beauty, Food items are FINAL sale for sanitary reasons (no exceptions). All items in this category will arrive in its original factory packaging for your protection.
• Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for any returned product. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for
  1. Undeliverable packages (including those for which the shipper cannot locate the customer, resulting in the order being returned to sender or abandoned) or
  2. Deliveries that are refused (including instances in which the customer is unwilling to pay any applicable taxes or duties, which results in the order being returned to sender or abandoned). All undeliverable or refused orders will be treated as a return with the same policy applied as returned items. Thanks for your business!
