  1. Return Policy: All Items Must Be Returned Within 14 Days of Purchase (in considering timely delivery): For Defective Item Returns, Return Request Must Be Submitted Within 14 Days of Delivery;
  2. For Packages Refused by the Customer or NON Delivable at the Delivery Address, Customer Will Be Responsible for Related Shipping Charges and Handling Fee;
  3. Customer Returns Are Required To Be Received Within 2 Weeks After Return Request By Customers (NO EXCEPTION);
  4. For Unopened and Sealed Items, Full Refund Will Be Credited Back EXCEPT the Shipping Charges and Handling Fee.
  5. For Items Shipped by Mistake, The Exact Items Must Be Returned Within 14 Days of Purchase (In Considering Timely Delivery), Otherwise, We Assume Customers Received Correct Items;
  6. Non-Defective Items Which Have Been Opened Or Used, a minimum of 20% Restocking Fee Will Be Charged If the Returned Package Was Received in Original Package and No Parts Missing;
  7. If Any Parts or Pieces Are Missing, a Minimum of 30%, up to 90 Restocking Fee Will Be Charged Depending On the Condition of the Returned Item;
  8. Damaged Or Detective Items Must Be Reported Within 14 Days Of Purchase, Detailed Information Such As Descriptive Damage or Defect and Representative Pictures Should Be Provided;
  9. We DO NOT Accept Returns For Opened Software and Video Games.
