Returns Policy Overview According to our store policy, you may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by vernal.tech within 30 days of delivery. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. Defective product should be reported within 14 days of delivery. Any return for a refund may be subject to a 20% or more restocking fee based on item condition. This fee may be waived for the following reasons: Carrier damage Defective product (must report within 14 days of delivery) Received incorrect product unopened and sealed product Product was an extra item not ordered Note: Any return that is misrepresented as being for any of the above reasons will automatically have the restocking fee applied even if it was initially waived. We do not pay the return shipping cost for defective merchandise. We are not responsible for product defects, because we do not manufacture the products we carry. However, if you pay to send the item back to us, we will replace the item (if it is still available) and ship the replacement to you at no charge. We will employ every resource it has to ensure that your item is replaced promptly, without hassle. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
