14 days Return Policy and instructions: 1. Customer must request an RMA number within 14 DAYS of order delivery. 2. Box up the product with all packaging and item materials and manuals from the original package, and ship it back to us (buyers pay the return shipping cost). 3. All electronic products (e.g., computers, tablets, printers, cameras, and camcorders, etc) must be returned in original sealed unopened/ unused condition. 4. If your return contains a device that stores personal information (e.g., PCs, laptops, iPad, hard drives, memory sticks), please ensure you’ve removed all personal information from the device prior returning the item. 5. For unopened items, 10% restocking fee will be charged. If the product package has been opened or used, return for a refund will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. 6. If there is missing accessories or opened in user damaged condition or without all packaging and item materials and manuals that cannot be resold as new or open box, or missing UPC or series number, UP TO 90% restocking fee might be subjected to the return, or will be refused and returned to customer. 7. Once the return request is approved for the buyer, we will have to receive the item within 14 days. If the item is received after 14 days, we will refuse to accept the return and sent the item back to the buyer AS IT. 8. Upon receive and inspect the item, the refund will be processed in the next 3 – 5 business days, however it might varies. Please note the shipping cost or/and restocking fee will be deducted prior issuing the refund. Please note each product will be verified with matched product serial number with our record. (All serial numbers of every product will be recorded prior to shipping and checked when a product is returned for refund).
