We ship via USPS within 2 business days after your order is placed. When e-mailing about an already placed order, please include the item name, date of purchase, and transaction number. Returns are only accepted if we are contacted within 5 business days after you receive your delivery. The item must be returned to us in the same condition in which it was sent. All returns must be pre-approved by seller-generated Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). After you have received your authorization code, the item must be postmarked within 5 business days with a trackable form of delivery. Upon receipt we will then credit your Amazon account. You will receive an email from Amazon when your account has been credited.
