We do take returns on most items, but it is sometimes necessary to charge a restocking fee for returned items. We can not refund shipping or insurance because these costs have already been spent. Returns for refund must be in new condition. Returns received within 30 days, including undeliverable packages, may be charged 15% restocking fee. Returns received after 30 days will be charged 50% restocking fee. No returns after 60 days. If an item is being returned because it is defective or damaged, a replacement item will be sent. If your item arrives damaged, PLEASE RETAIN THE ITEM AND ALL PACKAGING. This is required to file an insurance claim. We are not able to replace or refund for a damaged item without this information.
