We are an email away and answer all inquiries in a timely manner. Our General Return Policy: • You may return the item within 14 days if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Note that if the item is opened, a reasonable restocking fee (20%-25%) will apply, subject to the condition of the product. • If the item is "dead on arrival", you should contact us within 3 days after delivery. We will test "dead on arrival" returns and impose a customer fee equal to 20% of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. • Serial Number of the return item must match with that on record. • Customers are responsible to ship the item back to us and the shipping cost is not reimbursable. • Any returned item that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. • We will not accept returns of any item more than 30 days after you receive the shipment. • We will not take any responsibility for any issue if the transaction is a drop-ship order.
