I am an individual seller. I have been selling online for the past 18 years. I ship items within 1 business day and all US shipments will have tracking numbers. I make every attempt to respond to any questions within 24-48 hours. Return Policy – Returns accepted 30 days from purchase date. Items that are damaged during shipment or do not work properly can be returned for full refund plus return shipping costs. Items returned for any other reason must be unopened/unsealed and in NEW condition. Return shipping on these items will be buyer’s responsibility and refund will not include my original shipping expense (which may differ from what amazon originally charged you).Refund will be given minus original shipping expense. Buyer is responsible for return shipping expense. Item must be factory sealed and in new condition in order to receive a refund. No restocking fee if item is returned within 10 days of delivery/arrival date (return postmark has to be within the 10 day window). 10% restocking fee IF returned after 10 days, 15% restocking fee for any returns over 30 days (only applies to holiday sales as normal cut off for returns is 30 days per Amazon’s policy).
