At TheFinger we always aim to offer great products at great prices, with great customer service. However, if you do experience a problem with your order, please read through the following information which will explain our return policies and procedures. We would greatly appreciate you contacting us before leaving feedback following a problem. Canceling: If you made a mistake with an order make sure to cancel the order As Soon As Possible, if your order was pulled from our inventory before you canceled you will get charged a 10% restocking fee. If the item was shipped you will need to return the item and a refund for the “purchase price” (minus the 10% restocking fee) will be issued after we receive the item. Returns: If you receive an item that is different than described please contact us directly to report this within 3 days of receiving the shipment. You will receive a reply within 3 working days with detailed return instructions based on your individual case. Generally: When writing to us to arrange for a return, please be as descriptive as possible regarding the problem with the merchandise. We would also require the order number for us to resolve the problem. Returns with no Amazon Order number, cannot be accepted and will not be processed by our returns department. Returns from over 30 days will need to be discussed on a by order basis, we have made special exceptions for certain orders, but we have never accepted a return after more than 60 days. Refunds: We may issue full or partial refunds for an order depending on your case. Refunds are typically processed by Amazon Payments within one week of the seller’s request. The funds will be deposited back in your debit/credit card account and Amazon.com will send you confirmation of the refund via e-mail. We don’t offer refunds without a return. We do not give a full refund to a product that was brand new when purchased and returned opened. This is a policy at most any brick and mortar retail store and we stand by it as well. DVD’s Regions(0,1,2,3,4,5,6): Before ordering DVD’s please make sure that your DVD Player is capable of playing the DVD you ordered. We are selling DVD’s from around the world, Regions 0,1,2,3,4,5,6 in NTSC and PAL. If you have questions about Regions please contact our customer service before ordering. You can however return unplayed DVD’s that are not playable in your Region at any time for a refund of your purchase price minus a 10% restocking fee. Still Have Questions?
