Due to the volatility of the market and instances of buyers using merchandise and trying to return for a full-refund, we adhere to Amazon’s policy of allowing only a 30-day return window from initial date of shipment, with the exception of electronics. ALL RETURNS MUST BE PRE-AUTHORIZED OR NO REFUNDS OF ANY TYPE WILL BE HONORED. Any returns received that are not pre-authorized will be considered a gift and donated to charity. If you need more time, for example as a gift, you must contact us in advance to arrange an exception. Such arrangements must be in writing (documented through Amazon’s message system). This protects you as the buyer and us as the seller. Any items received after the 30-day return window will be considered a gift and given to charity. We do not offer postage refunds on non-defective software or on returns for no fault of the seller. Restocking fees will be charged for returns at no fault of the seller. A restocking fee is a percentage of the item’s price depending on the type of item and condition in which it is returned. Restocking fees may be charged up to the following amounts: Up to 20% of item’s price – Media items in their original condition that are returned from no fault of the seller. Items that are no longer in their original condition, such as missing shrink wrap for previously shrink-wrapped items, or are missing parts for reasons other than the seller’s error are NON-REFUNDABLE. Also, online access cards, for example MyMathLab Access Cards, are non-refundable once access code tabs are removed and/or scratched off to reveal access code(s). Items being returned must be received as the same condition shipped. Items, that are received too damaged for resale, will result in an issue between the buyer returning the item and the U.S. Postal Service or UPS and the original seller will be held harmless. Pictures will be taken of any received item’s damage for documentary purposes. Items received damaged but still salable will be sold at a lower condition, and the cost difference, in addition to the restocking fee, will be subtracted from the initial purchase price towards the refund. Items received too damaged will be processed and documented for Amazon, no refund will be issued, and the item will be donated to charity. Electronics and Software: We do not guarantee software to work nor do we offer returns for software. We are not software engineers and can not help with technical support.
