We must receive the item back in the same condition as it was received. For apparel, the item must be returned with the tags attached and no signs that the tags have been removed or that the item was worn or washed. Items that are in sealed packaging, must remain unopened in order to receive a refund. If item was in sealed closed packaging has been opened, or swimwear/underwear is returned without the retail tags attached or packaging opened, only a 50% refund will be issued. If clothing has been washed, the return will be denied per Amazon policy on clothing returns. A 20% restocking fee will apply to all other returns. The buyer is responsible for return shipping. We do not pay for return shipping costs unless the item is being returned due to our error.
