WE DO NOT HAVE THE SAME RETURN POLICY AS AMAZON. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE ANY RETURN OR REFUND, even if the product has been return. Serial numbers must match records in order to approve your return. Price Match: We do NOT match other store’s price. Returns are accepted (see excluded list below) within 14 calendar days from delivery. Original shipping is NON-refundable. Some manufacturers have a no return policy. Defective items need to provide case numbers from manufacturers. Requesting a Return – Requires a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number obtained by contacting GoPar through EMAIL. Sending Items Back – RMA number must be on the shipping label, not on item packaging. Returns without valid RMA numbers will be discarded. Returns must be shipped, insured with tracking within 5 days after RMA number is assigned. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and loss or damage of return shipments. Excluded Items – These cannot be returned, for any reason: printers, scanners, projectors, consumables (toner, print cartridges, batteries, paper, office supplies, etc.), software, video games, video displays, computer memory, computers, laptops, furniture, and TVs of 23 inches or greater. Cancels/Refused Shipments – Orders cannot be canceled after entering the shipping process. Refused shipments are subject to a 20% restock fee, plus original shipping costs. Damaged in Transit – Retain all packaging for inspection. Freight shipments require inspection at delivery. Do not accept damaged freight. Acceptance of freight shipment without declaring damage voids all claims. Report damage of packages delivered by non-freight carriers beyond 72 hours of delivery voids all damage claims. Defective Products – Defective claims must be placed with the manufacturer for support. A manufacturer’s claim number is required for all defective returns. Defective items other than those mentioned in “Excluded Items” may be returned for refund or exchange. Exchanges are processed only for the same item. Original and return shipping are non-refundable. We will pay replacement shipping to you. Non-Defective Returns/”Buyer’s Remorse” – Products with all original contents/packaging that can be resold as new – subject to a 15-20% restock fee. Opened items that cannot be resold as new for any reason will be discarded with no refund. Returns missing content are subject to the cost of item replacement + a 30% restock fee. Some items can not be return and must have manufacturers approvals.
