If returns are approved there is a $5 re-stocking fee or 20% which ever is greater for video games and accessories, and 20% for Ipods and electronics. Re-stocking fee is for item price. Shipping costs are not refundable and re-stocking fee does not include shipping costs. If new item is opened, or return is not in same condition discretion may be used to increase restocking fee at a maximum amount of 50%. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the item, this policy includes holiday season as well.
